EXPERIENCE

CONDON PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER AND DIRECTOR, 6/1998 TO PRESENT

Producer and director of computer animations, video productions (documentaries, expert’s tests, crash tests, in-vehicle point of view, day in life videos, night videos, settlement brochures), photography, medical/technical illustrations, scale models and other graphics, multi-media presentations fro the legal profession, to include plantiffs, defendants, prosecutors and criminal defense counsel.  Extensive interaction and coordination with attorneys, experts, adjusters and other consultants.  Forensic photographer of accident scenes, victims, and property damage such as vehicles and other machinery or component parts.  Frequent lecturer to various groups on use of demonstrative evidence in the courtroom.  Director of 3D digitizing projects for the purpose of digitally collecting or “surveying” objects into three dimensional computer models for engineering analysis and animation purposes.  Clients include attorneys, experts, insurance companies, manufacturers and animators, Majority of work consists of digitizing exemplar (non-damaged) vehicles, (exteriors, interiors, undercarriages and specific component parts), crashed vehicles, aircraft, machinery, and also three dimensional modeling of anatomical parts and human figures.

ARCCA, INCORPORATED, VICE PRESIDENT, ARCCA, PRODUCTION GROUP 8/97-6/98

Producer, director, and manager of nine person production group who’s staff consisted primarily of former Forensic Productions, Inc.(FPI) employees.  ARRCA Incorporated acquired the staff, assets, and liabilities of FPI in August, 1997.  Duties included the capabilities listed above.

FORENSIC PRODUCTIONS INC., PRESIDENT 1986-1997

Producer, director and co-owner of video, graphic, animation and investigative company which serviced primarily the legal and insurance industries.  FPI had and continues to have all the capabilities listed above under Condon Production Associates.

PAUL T. CONDON INVESTIGATIONS, INC.  1984-1986

Qualifying party for Investigative Agency licensed by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.  Formed agency to investigate criminal, personnel injury and other civil cases for attorneys, insurance companies, business and corporate clients.  The name of the corporation was changed to Forensic Productions, Inc. in 1986.

SPECIAL INVESTIGATOR, OFFICE OF SPECIAL PROSECUTIONS, DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, Santa Fe, New Mexico 1981-1982

Special temporary office assembled to prosecute the crimes perpetrated during the New Mexico Penitentiary Riot of February, 1980.   Personnel at the office consisted of attorneys, investigators, State Police officers, consultants, paralegals, and other administrative staff.  Compiled, consolidated, organized and inventoried all evidence, both physical and photographic, collected by numerous agencies at the Penitentiary of New Mexico following the riot which was so dispersed, much of it would have been lost or ignored.  Created photographic weapon identification book for all weapons collected at the Penitentiary for viewing by inmate witnesses.  Analyzed autopsy reports for comparison to inmate witness accounts of crimes to determine credibility of the witness.  Analyzed weapons, autopsy reports and photographs in regards to wound pattern analysis and matching to specific weapons.  Extensive courtroom testimony required during motion hearings and trials as to scene and evidence collected.

DEPUTY MEDICAL INVESTIGATOR, OFFICE OF THE MEDICAL EXAMINER, UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO, ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO 1978-1980

Investigated and prepared written reports on deaths occurring in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, which included all homicides, suicides, natural and accidental deaths, and assisted all other medical investigators throughout the state with their cases.  Reviewed and prepared synopsis of hospital charts from cases involving deaths at the University of New Mexico Hospital.  Counseled victims’ families in cases of sudden, unexpected death.  Investigated industrial accidents, which required close contact with OSHA.  Investigate and wrote the only detailed crime scene report on the entire Penitentiary of New Mexico following the riot of February 1980, including diagrams and extensive photography.  Also, initiated, along with the State Forensic Anthropologist, a plan for a team of physical anthropologists to survey the burned areas of the Penitentiary, refuting claims that the fires incinerated more human remains set by the inmates.  Worked with the State’s expert on image enhancement (image processing) of wounds and matched wound patterns to weapons collected at the scene.

Assisted pathologists in the performance of autopsies, including photographs and evidence collection.

Performed skeletal analysis on both acheological and forensic specimens and received training in forensic anthropology.
